Why We Built Truck2Fleet

We didn’t build Truck2Fleet in a boardroom. We built it on the road — from the ground up — after living through every challenge a trucker, a dispatcher, and a fleet owner could face.

Our journey began years ago, when we started one of the first large-scale dispatch operations serving U.S. truckers. We grew fast — from a few desks to hundreds of people — handling thousands of loads across the States. At one point, we managed and honored over 2,600 signed trucker contracts.

But with that growth came a hard truth: the industry we loved was losing trust.

Too many untrained people had jumped into dispatching for quick money, and their mistakes created doubt — doubt between drivers, dispatchers, and even honest businesses trying to do things the right way. We saw that gap widening every single day.

Then, when we bought and operated our own trucks under our own MC, it all became personal. We faced the same issues our clients did — endless paperwork, no real tools for tracking or compliance, and an outdated way of managing operations that ate up time and energy.

We remember one wall in our garage completely covered with trip files, fuel slips, and load confirmations — stacked from floor to ceiling. We were managing everything through Excel sheets, messages, and printouts. It wasn’t just inefficient — it was exhausting.

That’s when we knew the industry needed something better — something built from real experience, not theory. So we built Truck2Fleet.
